Important Information for New Student Registration – Academic Year 2025
Registration Methods:

In-person Registration
(If someone else is registering on your behalf, a Letter of Authorization is required)
- Dates: April 23 (Wednesday) – April 25 (Friday), 2025
- Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM daily
- Location: Office of the Graduate Institute of Translation and Interpretation, 2F, Old Building, Chieh-Ying Hall
Mail-in Registration
Please mail all required documents to the institute’s office before April 25, 2025 (Friday) (based on postmark date), and notify us by email or phone.
Required Documents for Registration
- Original Chinese diploma (graduation certificate)
- For graduating students who have not yet received their diploma:
Submit original student ID card and a completed Declaration for Late Submission of Diploma, with a deadline of July 31, 2025. - For students with foreign degrees, submit:
Photocopy of the degree certificate verified by a Taiwanese overseas office
Official Chinese translation of the diploma
Photocopy of official transcripts
Record of entry/exit dates (not required for foreigners or overseas Chinese)
- Original official transcript
- Original English proficiency certificate (if available, please submit both the original and a photocopy for record; final submission is required before graduation)
- Student Information Form (Upload a 2-inch photo for your student ID; fill out and print the form from: https://webapt.ncue.edu.tw/StuData/)
- Group Preference Survey Form (not required for applicants admitted through recommendation)
- If registering by proxy, include a Letter of Authorization (Note: Declaration and Authorization forms can be downloaded from the Admissions section of the Office of Academic Affairs website)

Printed materials will not be sent separately.

If any required documents are not submitted during registration, please complete a Declaration Form and submit all pending documents to the institute’s office by 4:00 PM on Thursday, July 31, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
