1. The selection is conducted in accordance with the department’s "Guidelines for the Selection of Teacher Education Program Students."

2, Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s students in their first year (Class of 117, student ID beginning with S13) in the Department of English (excluding transfer students, returning students, and students from Mainland China).
• Students must have achieved a conduct grade of at least 85 with no disciplinary records (minor offenses or above) in the first semester of the 113 academic year. 

* Students who have already been admitted (including additional admissions) should not reapply.

3. Available Slots (2nd Selection):

• 3 regular slots + 4 slots for students returning from the master’s program.

4. Selection Criteria (Weighting):

• Academic performance in the first semester: 50%
• Conduct grade in the first semester: 10%
• Written exam (composition and translation): 40%

* If the number of applicants exceeds the number of available slots, a written exam will be held (confirmation after the application deadline).

(2) Exam Time: April 16, 2025 (Wednesday), 17:20–18:10

(3) Exam Venue: Room 13101, 1F, Department of English Building

• Please bring your student ID to the exam. Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes) will not be allowed to enter.
