1. In accordance with the “Regulations on Department (Institute) Transfer of National Changhua University of Education,” the following guidelines apply.
2. All first-year and second-year students enrolled in any department at our university are eligible to apply for department transfers during the specified application period.
3. Each department may accept up to one second-year transfer student in the second semester of each academic year.
4. Transfer student applicants must meet the following criteria from the semester preceding their application:
   (1) Attain a conduct score of 85 points or above.
   (2) Maintain an average academic score of 80 or above or rank within the top 30% of their class.
   These scores must meet the standards and receive approval from the head of the original department.
5. Required submission materials include:
   (1) Completed department transfer application form
   (2) Autobiography detailing motivation for application and future plans or aspirations
   (3) Academic transcripts covering previous years of study
   (4) Any additional favorable review information deemed relevant
6. The department will evaluate the submitted information, conduct interviews as necessary, and select the most qualified candidates for admission.
7. These regulations are hereby promulgated and take effect upon approval by the departmental meeting. The same procedures apply to any future revisions.
